Celebrating Rugby Success at Eltham College
We are very proud to celebrate the recent achievements of our talented rugby players, who have reached impressive milestones both on and off the pitch.
Tom (Year 11) has been selected to represent Saracens U16 in an exciting fixture against Paarl Boys High School from South Africa this December, and Brandon (Year 12) has been retained by the Saracens U17 squad, following a series of standout performances for Eltham College’s 1st XV.
Anthony, Jayden, Alex, and Joe (Year 10) have all been selected to join the Saracens U15 Foundation Phase, while Ramsey (also from Year 10) has been selected by Harlequins for the same programme.
Ben King, Head of Rugby, says, “I am delighted for these boys on their recent success. It is a testament to their hard work and commitment, as well as the strength of our rugby provision, and sets up an exciting period ahead for the 1st XV as these boys move through the school.”
In addition to these individual achievements, Eltham College is adapting to the recent restructure of Premiership pathways in England.
Moving forward, students will now be nominated to Harlequins, while those already with Saracens will remain with them.
Congratulations to all our players on their fantastic achievements. We look forward to seeing their continued success and growth as they represent the school and their clubs.
