At Eltham College, we believe in nurturing not only academic excellence but also the spirit of collaboration and creativity among our students. Last week, we witnessed an inspiring display of teamwork during our much-anticipated House Challenge.
Year 3 and Year 7 students from each of our Houses came together for an exhilarating challenge: to construct the longest paper chain possible within a tight 20-minute window. The excitement was palpable as they combined their skills, knowledge, and determination to tackle this engaging task. As the clock ticked, the students unleashed their creativity, experimenting with different folding techniques and colours to craft their paper chains. It was remarkable to see how swiftly ideas flowed, and the energy in the room was infectious.
At Eltham College, events like the House Challenge are more than just competitions; they are opportunities for our students to bond, learn, and grow. We’re incredibly proud of the enthusiasm and dedication shown by all participants.
Join us in celebrating the achievements of our Year 3 and Year 7 students, who remind us that collaboration and creativity are at the heart of education.
