This week, Year 5 have been on their residential trip to Norfolk Lakes, run by Manor Adventure.
Over the course of the week, they have taken part in several different activities and water sports, including sailing, stand up paddle boarding, canoeing, kayaking, raft building and high ropes. As part of their geography curriculum, the pupils also visited Holkham Beach and Wells-Next-The-Sea to study the impressive sand dune formations and spot the local seal population. Despite the chilly weather, the children have been in great spirits and have enjoyed getting stuck in to all the activities with enthusiasm and smiles on their faces.
This trip has not only provided our pupils with hands-on learning experiences but also helped foster teamwork and resilience. It has been a week full of learning, adventure, and lots of fun!
